Come up with TWO more Biofeedback experiments to do for this episode of mythbusters. We are already doing the thermometers in each hand and the plant experiment. You can work together but I want a list of materials needed and an experimental design BY TUESDAY MORNING.

1. They start the episode with a theme song made of clips from the show and an intro to the myth

3.They did a small scale test and revisited the method
4. They showed the experiment and then used the data from it in a discussion about the myth.
5. They used humor when something wasn't working properly as a coping strategy
1) They use a trademark opening and introduce the myth, while addressing legal issues such as "don't replicate this"
ReplyDelete2) Hypothesis If Archimedes' death ray was to work, then the ship would catch fire and effectively imobilize the ship. They had a historian research the myth.
3) They did a simple test to see if the myth could work with people, did a scaled model, and then did a big scale test.
4) The had a conversation about the plausibility of the myth and discussed their findings.
5) They broke stuff, played games on the staff, and were comical.

3. for a large scale experiment, they used a scale model, then built the entire thing, and for a small-medium sized experiment, they just did it full size in multiple ways.
4. as busted, plausible, or confirmed.
5. mythbusters is marketed more as a tv show than actual science, so they have to make it funny and entertaining, occasionally cutting to something comical or destructive.
